Prioritising inclusive functions like our Family Dinners that invite our whole club and the broader community to join in.

Furthermore, we are dedicated to enhancing the support and resources available to our junior coaches and volunteers, ensuring they have the tools they need to excel in their roles. The development of our juniors is paramount, as it lays the foundation for the future and sustained success of the Woodend Cricket Club.

In line with this commitment, we are actively working to increase girls' cricket participation, including the introduction of an Under 13 girls team and subsidised membership fees for girls. We believe in providing equal opportunities for all members to thrive in a supportive and inclusive environment.
